Junior Championship The Downs 1:6 Castledaly 0:5
We travelled to Castledaly to take on the home side, despite being down by the minimum at halftime we got a second half goal to ensure a win.

Underage Results
The under 12s went down to Delvin despite scoring 1:9, under 14 div 1 lost to St Michaels by a goal in a thrilling game, under 14 div 3 gave second best to a strong St Marys side, the under 16s travelled to take on Maryland/Tang who proved too strong and took the points.
Club Gear
Club Gear including togs and socks can be purchased or ordered at underage training on Fridays. New this year are football gloves with The Downs crest special introductory price €8 for underage and €12 for adult sizes. New polo’s, tee-shirts and wind-cheaters will be available shortly.
Walking Track
Our new Walking Track is now open for use. For insurance purposes each person who uses the walking track must be a member of The Downs GAA. Club. Annual membership can be paid to any club officer.

Remember you have to be registered to play. You can register with any coach or in The Shop.

Our under 12s and 14s travelled to Milltown but unfortunately on both occasions we had to give second best to the home side.
