The Club continues with our popular All Ireland Football final weekend draw. Superb prizes are again up for grabs in the return of this exciting giveaway. U.8 and U.10 coaching continues in the park every Saturday at 10am, new players, boys and girls are always welcome.
Our senior team were defeated by Eastern Harps in the relegation play off 1-16 to 2-4. They now play Bunninadden on the weekend 14/15th September for a place in next year’s senior championship at stake.
Last week was another good week for our underage teams, our minors defeated Castleconnor on a scoreline of 5-13 to 2-9 and the U.16 team defeated St. Michael’s 2-16 to 3-10, and our u-14’s defeated St Farnan’s 3-12 to 1-7.The U.14 team play Coolera in Ransboro on Friday 7th September at 7pm. The U.12 team play Tourlestrane, in the Shield, in Markievicz park on Saturday next at 11.30am.
