Lottto Membership:
The Club lotto membership for 2009 is now due for renewal. Tickets are available from officials, players and club managers. The club urges all senior players, parents of underage players and supporters to become club members via our lotto. This is the primary source of funding for the day-to-day running of the club activities from U-8 through to Intermediate as well as off the field activity. The costs associated with a club like ours have increased again this year and we therefore look to an expansion of our membership base to allay these costs. The club must cover county affiliation fees, club registration, player and property insurance, grounds maintenance plus numerous ancillary expenses each year. Membership is €100 and this entitles the holder to entry into 12 monthly lotto draws plus the Christmas bonus draw. The Jackpot currently stands at €5800! A €200 members prize is also drawn each month. Once again, we thank all club members for their support to date and we look forward to renewed backing for the year ahead.

We remind all members and potential members that you can now sign up for the club’s membership lotto on our website www.coolaneymullinabreena.com and we especially hope that club supporters away from home might avail of this facility.
Newsletter Subscription:
The most recent addition to the club’s website is the facility to subscribe to receive our planned monthly newsletter. Simply log on and leave your name and e-mail address and we will then forward on the monthly newsletter with the Lotto results as well as the latest goings on within the club. Once again we hope to reach out in particular to club supporters who are away from home and might appreciate this link. Make sure to alert anybody you may know in this regard.
Christmas Social:
The club is planning a Christmas social night on Friday January 2nd in Lipsett’s Mountain Inn, Coolaney. This date has changed from the previously announced date of December 28th. This change is due to the clash with the Sligo 1968 Minor team’s 40th anniversary event. A presentation will take place on the night to the club’s U-14 League winning team. The December Lotto draw as well as the Christmas bonus draw will also be held on the night. We hope this year to revive what was once a very successful annual social event within the club. Mark the date in your diary.
