Hockey Ireland Elite and Skills Camp
Senior, Junior, Minor, 1st Year, Goalkeepers
3rd / 4th Class – 5th /6th Class
Players are progressed according to their age group and ability. Groups will be assessed and selected by the Hockey Ireland coaches. All camps will August Pre-Season Elite Camp – 21st – 24th August 2017 (9.00 – 2.00)
Seniors / Juniors / Minors / First Years, Goalkeepers
Hockey Ireland's Preseason Elite Clinic will be designed specifically to prepare players for the 2017/2018 hockey season. The camp programme will be implemented to improve a players fitness, strength and conditioning, basic skills and build a high preparation for the upcoming school and club season. The camp will be a great way for players to improve their skills, enhance their overall team development, push their game to the next level with high intensity skills sessions.
The August Camp Programme will be designed by Irish Women's Coach 'Graham Shaw'.
New Super 8's Camp – Children 6yrs – 8yrs – 9.30 – 12.30
Introducing younger children to all aspects of hockey and FUNdamental Skills. This camp includes daily small sided games, skills and a fun tournament!focus on improving player development and fitness, S&C, general skills, attacking and defensive techniques, finishing with repetition, Penalty Corner Defense and Attack, small sided intensive games.
