Congratulations to Dublin and Kevin McMenaman who played really well, on winning the Leinster Football Championship yesterday. It was a fantastic night in the Club on Saturday with music by the Ordinary Man a Christy Moore tribute, who was superb. He’s the real deal and had the place hopping. It was great to see such a big crowd in attendance. Well done to the Gaynor family for organising a really great evening. We wish Bob Gaynor the very best for his forthcoming nuptials. Junior B footballers play Kilmacud in the championship on Tuesday at 7.30pm in Tymon and Junior C’s are away to St Margarets in the championship on Thursday. Senior Footballers play St Vincents at home on Sat at 6.30pm .Inters play Garda also in Tymon. Well done to our Inter Hurlers on their great away win to Tomas Davis on Saturday .Our congrats also to our U16 hurlers who won the Carlow Town blitz competition the weekend before last beating Douglas in the final, after 5 tough matches along the way. Congratulations to Jimmy and Grace Harlow who got married last Thursday in Kilronan Castle(that’s posh!) Co Roscommon. St Judes GAA golf Classic will be held in Naas Golf Club on Friday 12th August. Bingo on Wednesday night in Club at 8.00pm.Please support.
