As winter time has finished and the football season and county leagues get underway there is a movement of football teams from the Rathmore GAA Astro Turf facility. The up side is that there are some more time slots available during the summer months. There should be room for the more casual and not so competitive player to get some exercise in this safe, high quality and popular venue during the summer months. To book your slot or make an enquiry you can ring 087 7429429 or you can see the notice on the main gate where you will see what times are available and who the manager for that day is.
During the summer months there will not be so much need for lighting so the full pitch can be reserved for €50 with a third for €30. Birthday parties are popular at the Astro Turf and a single hour or two can be booked easily.
