Donaghmoyne win the Castlewellan Ladies 7’s

The May Steels 7’s took place on Saturday 1st May with a wide and varied entry field. First games kicked off at 10:30, with 8 teams qualifying for the quarter finals.
The quarter final games were as follows – Ballyboden St Enda’s (Dublin ) v Downpatrick, Donaghmoyne (Monaghan) v St Galls (Antrim), Bryansford v Castlewellan, Carrickmore (Tyrone) v Raheny (Dublin)

After 4 great games the semi final placings were decided.
Carrickmore v Bryansford & Donaghmoyne v Ballyboden St Enda’s

You are invited to join a GAA – 2010 Senior Football Championship Mini League called ‘Castlewellan GAC’.
The entrance fee is £10 with 50% of takings going to the club and 50% going into the prize fund. Money can be left behing the bar FAO Shay Flanagan.

Juvenile Tournaments Saturday 11th September

The 16th Annual Club tournament takes place in St Malachy’s Park on Saturday 11th September with 16 boys teams and 9 girls teams competing for the Edward Toner and May Steele trophies. Help is required and we woulkd appeal for as many club volunteers and parents as possible to come along and give a hand
