Club lotteries have been a regular part of fundraising efforts at sports clubs in Ireland for decades and Clubforce (as locallotto.ie) became the online home of club and society lotteries over 10 years ago. The Clubforce system allows clubs to sell lottery tickets online to club members at home and abroad. Members can enter multiple draws at once and receive automated emails with lottery results and club news.
This online lottery service is included as part of the club’s overall subscription to Clubforce and can be run in-tandem with offline lottery or run exclusively online.
More information on your club lottery including lottery results will be displayed at a later date.

Last Thursday evening Moynalvey suffered their 4th defeat in the A league when going down to Na Fianna by a point. There will be no competitive club fixtures in Meath over the next fortnight as the Meath Co. board fixtures holiday period runs from July 23rd to August 2nd inclusive.

Following on from the success of last years event, Paul & Ann Regan are once again hosting a family fun day in aid of autism this year. The date has now been CHANGED to Saturday July 31st. The day will include a vintage car run, a sponsored 10K cycle, Tug-o-War, barbecue and lots more fun. For more information contact Ann (086 8741094).

DATES FOR YOUR DIARIES – Moynalvey GFC have once again booked the Co. Meath Golf Club in Trim for the annual golf classic on August 6th. A team of 4 costs €250. Tee Times can be booked by contacting John Donoghue (087 6756884). Tee box/Green sponsorship is also available, contact Adrian O’Halloran (087 3104304) or John Collins (087 2553511). Also, on August 7th the club will host a presentation in Shanks Mare on the History of Moynalvey GFC.

The coming week sees Moynalvey scheduled to take on Dunderry in the B League at 7:30pm on Thursday evening in Moynalvey, while the second string, having already ensured qualification to the Quarter Finals, will conclude their Junior C championship group campaign against Donaghmore/Ashbourne next Saturday evening at 7pm in Dunshaughlin. Then next Sunday afternoon the first team will conclude their Intermediate championship group with a tie against Kilmainhamwood at 4pm in Kilberry.
