10K Run

Over 50 runners and walkers participated in the inaugral 10k run organised by the Pete Drumgoole and Vincent O’Rourke of the fundraising committee.  All proceeds of the entrants’ sponsorship will go towards Marymount Hospice, Cobh Community Hospital and the GAA club. Escellent times were posted in a highly competitive race. Well done to all. All runners are asked to have their sponsorship cards handed in by Friday November 16th so total amount raised can be calculated. Thanks to the highly visible stewards, water dispensers, Cobh Gardai and the numerous supporters on the route! Onwards and upwards, next event is the Long puck on St. Stephen’s Morning.
