125 YEARS OF THE GAA CLUB CELEBRATIONS

125 YEARS OF THE GAA
The Club celebrated Sunday 10th May with a sports day at the club grounds from 1.45pm. 

Proceedings got under way with a fancy dress parade followed by football, hurling, camogie athletics and ‘It’s A Knock-out’ competitions. 
‘TRIP FROM TIPP’
A number of Club members and friends cycled from ‘Hayes Hotel In Thurles County Tipperary’ over two days all the way to Ballyvarley.
They arrived at 3:30pm where they did a lap of honour around the pitch.
There were also, teas and refreshments on the day. 
All who attended were able to bask in the summer sun and enjoy the festivities.
