Our U-14 Football team had a great win against Ballinasloe at the week-end, and have now qualified for the League semi-final against a West Board team.

Ladies Football
Our Intermediate team started the championship campaign against Milltown last weekend. We played against a strong wind in the first half with each player giving it their all, and we trailed by only a slight margin at half time. The second half was a tough one, and even though Miltown came out winners in the end, it was an excellent team performance by all the girls. Our next championship game is a home game against Clonbur this weekend. Date and time have yet to be fixed.

Our U-14’s won against Caherlistrane in Cregg in the second round of the League.Best for Annaghdown were Rachel Stewart,Nicola Comer,Emer Flaherty,Kate Tuohy and Aine Lawless. In the third round of the League, we had a great win away to Ballygar. This was our third win in a row, which puts us in a great position in the League table. Best on the evening were Fiona Canavan, Aishling Meehan, Edel Canavan, Niamh Looby and Aoife Forde.
