Junior A Football
In our second round game we played Emly in Cappawhite on Friday 11th. After a tense battle we emerged victorious by the minimum on a scoreline of 2-06 to 0-11.
Junior B Hurling
We play Galtee Rovers in our final group game of West Junior B Championship in Dundrum on Sunday July 20th. Having won 2 games out of 3 we know a victory will send us to the west semi-final as group runners up so a large support would be appreciated.
Minor B hurling
On Sunday 6th July we began our defence of the West minor championship. After a slow start we defeated a strong Lattin/Aherlow team on a scoreline of 3-11 to 1-09.
In our next game we face Galtee Rovers in Bansha on Thursday 17th July at 7.30pm
Golf Classic
We will hold our Golf Classic in Nenagh Golf Club on Thursday 31st July and Friday 1st August 2014. Tee times will be limited on Thursday but times are available all day on Friday and numerous prizes will be on offer, including golf bags, green fees for top golf courses, golf shoes, wind breakers etc.
The cost of a team of four will be €200 which includes golf and a Barbeque on the 10th hole followed by dinner in the Clubhouse. Teams are available at €160 on Friday before 11.00am.
Anyone interested in sponsoring a T box can do so for €75. All teams and T box sponsors will be listed on the club website for 12 months.
It would be greatly appreciated if you would consider either entering a team in the classic or sponsoring a T box.
Tee times can be booked with Michael Hanly 086 6056312. The time sheet will be run on a first come first served basis and it is advisable to book early. We would appreciate a contact name and mobile number for each team when booking your tee time with Michael.
