Knock Festival for Young People: The Summer Festival is a one day event taking place on July 28th. It is for all young people between the ages of 17-30. On this day, young people will come together in a faith setting and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. They will explore, ignite and celebrate their faith. The event will have interactive talks, prayer, testimonies from young people as well as drama and music. More details on the Parish Noticeboards.

Wedding Bells: Congratulations to Helena Frawley, Curraghmore and James McMullan, Tyrone who were married recently in Ballina Church.

Congratulations: Well done to Stephen O’Brien and the Tipperary Minor Football team who retained their Munster championship title at Pairc Na Gael in Limerick last Sunday. He will also feature with Mike Breen in the Munster Minor Hurling final in Cork next Sunday. Best of luck to them both and the Tipperary Minor Hurling team. Lets hope to complete the double.

Ballina GAA Family Event: Friday July 20th will see Ballina GAA Club host a Mid-Summer BBQ at the GAA Complex from 7pm to 9pm. This is a social evening for family and friends and will be a chance to celebrate the recent acquisition by the club of the adjoining land. There will be music, food and plenty of fun, so do come along and enjoy the evening.

Munster Hurling Final: Our Intermediate hurlers will play a match in Cork on Sunday prior to the big game. The club will run a bus on Sunday morning for the team. Hope everyone has a very enjoyable weekend and that Tipperary can do the business In both games.
