You can now buy your weekly Ballinrobe GAA Club Lotto ticket online – www.locallotto.ie/BallinrobeGAA – and the club would like if you did!
The Lotto provides the cash that keeps the club afloat, and many of us (myself included) are not always around at the weekends to buy a ticket – which is why a good few of us have already gone online and bought the tickets.
I could give you a huge spiel about the club, but I don’t think there’s any need – we all know the club goes through a lot of money preparing teams, erecting floodlights, funding bus journeys for under-age teams, jerseys, registration, keeping Flanagan Park in the excellent condition it is in, etc etc etc
It’s a costly business.
I would like to make three suggestions to you:
1. Go online and buy your yearly ticket today – be in with a chance of winning the weekly prize
2. Email this link onto anyone you think should support the club in this way – either living locally, elsewhere in Ireland, or abroad
3. Sign up for the club newsletter while you’re online
By putting the club in a healthy financial position, we give ourselves a better chance of enjoying some more great victories in the future like we had just a few weeks ago with the minor team winning the county title.
