125th anniversary programme
To mark the 125th anniversary of the inaugural fixture in Ballygarvan
held under GAA rules (10 May 1885), Ballygarvan GAA club are hosting
the following events –
Friday 23rd April – Ballygarvan GAA Club Plan 2010-2014 official
launch by GAA President, Christy Cooney at Cork International Airport
Hotel 7.30pm
Saturday 24th April – Games Development – coaching workshop led by
GAA master tutor Pat Moore
Sunday 25th April – Senior inter-county Hurling – Cork v Wexford
6.30pm at Liam MacCarthy Park – (curtain raiser at 4.30pm to be
confirmed)
