We extend the sympathy of St. Patricks GAA Club to the Wilson Family Rathkenny on the recent death of Arthur (Attie) Wilson who passed away last week. Attie was a prominent footballer in his younger days and was a member of the St. Patricks team defeated by Clonmel Commercials in the South Tipperary minor football final of 1947. The tradition continues with granddaughters Bronnagh and Eideen prominent members of St. Patricks ladies football teams and Aoife and Jane prominent members of Co. Limerick Camogie teams both having won Minor and Intermediate Camogie All Irelands. May the soul of Attie rest in peace.
