Good Luck and best wishes to Club member Kevin Aweeney and his business partner John Tumelty on the opening of their new business ‘Embroidet’ beside the Canal Court in Newry which they officially opened on Friday 8th February. Emroidet specialises in top quality sports gear and work clothes as well as a whole range of sports trophies and presentation goods. As the name suggests Embroidet also specialises in embrodering lettering, names, images, crests and logos on any type on all types opf clothing and gear.
Among their range of sportswear is included the ‘Liston’ range and in attendance at friday’s opening were Eoin ‘the bomber’ Liston and his business partner tha other great GAA legend Ogie Morne.
We wish Kevin and John well in their new venture aned although working to a hectic schedule Kevin still makes time to but in a heavy work load for St Malachy’s GAC. He was one of the major driving forces behind the recent very successfull F Factor and is currently working on the Annual Club Presentation dinner and our annual Golf Classic.
