Monday Castlebar (impetus combat sports centre) 6:15pm shape and tone (women only). 7pm boxercise (mixed class). 8pm boxing skills and drills (men only)
Tuesday Castlebar 6: 30pm – bootcam; Charlestown; 8:45pm boxercise
Wednesday Kiltimagh 6:30pm boxercise (St Louis hall)
Thursday Swinford 7:15pm shape and tone; 8:00pm boxercise
Please reply to confirm any class you are interested in; all classes are €50 for six weeks or €90 for 2 classes per week.
