Congrats to Kildorrery on their fantastic win in the County JHC Final replay v Brian Dillons on Sunday last. It was first ever win for Kildorrery after many, many years of trying. We wish them well as they set out on the road to Munster and All Ireland glory and best wishes for a speedy recovery to Tom Monaghan from his injury. It was a really proud moment for Club President Tommy Dunne who played with the Bartlemy Club when domiciled in our parish in the 1950’s.

Congrats to Peter O Keeffe, Cronovan, Bartlemy who won a Holiday Voucher in the first series of the 2012/2013 Draw which was held last Thursday night

Condolences to all the relations friends of Jerry Martin of Knockeen, Bartlemy who died unexpectedly last weekend. The Martin family had an involvement with Gaelic games in the Parish going back to the 1880’s. Jerry was a great supporter of the Club and won an East Cork Junior B Hurling Championship medal with Bride Rovers in 1975. In his younger days Jerry was also a well known cross country athlete. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Hughie. May he rest in peace.
