Bride Rovers GAA Club Notes For The Week.

Trip to Tipp for Hurlers

Our senior hurlers travelled to Tipperary on Sunday last for a challenge game. The opposition was provided by Kildangan, the club of Tipp senior panellist Darragh Egan, and the game was played in the Éire Óg pitch in Annacarty. It was a lively pipe opener for the season and our ability to score points was the vital factor in the game. We won by 21 points to 2-7. The 2010 County Senior Hurling League commences on Sunday week march 14th.

Team v Kildangan:  D.Lane, S.Kearney, B.O’Driscoll, T.Moloney, L.Forde, B.Walsh, B.Murphy, J.Pratt, B.Murphy, K.Collins, M.Kearney, B.Johnson, P.Murphy, S.Ryan, J.Mannix. Subs Used: P.O’Driscoll, O.Murphy, F.Collins, R.O’Connor & J.O’Connor.
