Scrap for the Club

They say where there’s muck there’s luck ,well there is also money in scrap and our  Club Development Committee are arranging a Parish wide  collection of Scrap Metal. As part of our ongoing fundraising drive to complete our Pitch Development considerable finance is needed and the Scrap for the Club is just one aspect of ongoing efforts. Al types of crap metal such as steel, copper, brass, old cars and other machinery and batteries  are wanted. We do not want electrical appliances, timber, rubber or plastic.

The intake point is Ryans Yard in Mondaniel, Rathcormac. The dates and times are as follows. Friday July 15th 5pm – 9pm, Sat July 16th 9am – 6pm, Friday July 22nd 5pm – 9pm, Sat July 23rd 9am – 6pm. For more details phone 086 8350741 or 087 9330000

Two wins for Senior Hurlers

Our Senior team played St,. Finbarrs in the Co SHL at Togher on Thursday night last and then on Saturday travelled to Kilmallock to take on the home side.

Senior Hurling Challenge
Bride Rovers 4-08 Killmallock 1-10
The teams were level at 0-02 apiece at half time but scores aplenty came in the second half.

We are away to Sarsfields in Riverstown in the Red FM SHL on this Friday night July 8th at 7.30pm. Our third round game in the Co SHC is down for Sunday week July 17th.

Minor Hurling

We received a walk over from Youghal in the Co MHL on last Friday night. On this Friday night July 8th we are at home to Erins Own in the Main Pitch at  7.45. 

Cork V Galway

Best of luck to Brian and all his Cork teammates when they take on Galway in  Limerick on this Saturday evening.
