Bride Rovers Ladies Football and Camogie Club celebrated a wonderful 2011 on Saturday night at Vienna Woods hotel. A very large crowd attended and a great night was enjoyed by all. County Secretary Sharon O Keeffe and Mary Halvey from the Munster Board were our guests for the evening and we wish to thank them again for joining us on the night. Our winning camogie and football teams, plus our intercounty representatives, were honoured and the display of silverware, both club and intercounty, was highly impressive.
SuperValu Fermoy kindly accommodated our fundraising last Saturday, Jan 28, and we wish to thank them for that yet again. Thanks to everyone who helped out and contributed to this fundraiser which is vital to keep our club alive. Congratulations to Eleanor Condon, a member of Fermoy Ladies Football Club, who was drawn as the winner of the hamper.
