Intermediate All-Ireland Ladies Football Semi-Final

All roads lead to Stabannan, County Louth this weekend where our Intermediate panel take on the Leinster Champions in their bid to qualify for an unprecedented All-Ireland Final. Bride Rovers, representing Cork and Munster in this championship, were drawn away from home for this fixture and therefore we are asking everyone, who can possibly travel, to do so and to support the girls. It’s more important than ever that we carry the club colours prominently and proudly as our opposition will enjoy home advantage.

Throw-in for the All-Ireland Semi-Final, Stabannan vs Bride Rovers is at 2pm on Sunday, November 6th.

A special thanks to all our sponsors who have dug deep yet again to help out with fundraising which is so important when our team has enjoyed such a great run in the championship. Thanks also to everyone who has helped out with the preparation for this match in any way.

Finally, best of luck to everyone involved with this fantastic group and let’s hope we are preparing for an All-Ireland final next week!

Important Fundraising Events

We are appealing to all club members, supporters and parents to help out if you possibly can during some upcoming fundraising events. These are more important than ever this year as we have enjoyed great success on the playing fields, but this does come at a financial cost.

The flag day collection will be held in Rathcormac and Fermoy on Saturday, November 5th.

The bag-pack will be held in Dunnes Stores in Blackpool on Friday evening, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th.

A lot of help is required to make these fundraising events a success so please volunteer a little of your time if you can.
