Bride Rovers Ladies Football & Camogie Club notes.

Final reminder that the registration night is scheduled for Friday night, March 4,starting at 7:30pm and will be held in the Jimmy Maye room in the Rathcormac community hall this year. Registration charges are unchanged from 2010 for all player grades, mentors and adult members. It’s very important that all players are registered so that they are covered by the injury fund/insurance.

U16 East Cork Ladies Football League  – Bride Rovers vs Midleton, Sunday March 6th .Throw-in is at 1:15pm at Rathcormac main pitch.

 

U14 Ladies Football

Our U14 team suffered a defeat to Fermoy in their opening league game on Sunday, Feb 27 at Fermoy GAA grounds. The Rovers girls competed well but credit to Fermoy who were strong in many areas of the pitch and ran out worthy winners on a scoreline of 2-18 to 1-3.

U12 Ladies Football

U12 training continued on the astropitch in Bridesbridge last Saturday when there was a good turnout of players. It’s hoped to organise the first friendly game of the season next weekend, probably on Saturday, March 5th but team management will confirm this.

 

Finally, the next club meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 7th.
