Ballygarvan 2-11 Muintir Bhaire 2-10

Ballygarvan had the narrowest of wins over Muintir Bhaire thanks to a late point from Gary White. It was all square at half-time at 1-6 a piece, and when Matthew O’ Riordan put Ballygarvan ahead by one goal (2-8 to 1-8) 15 minutes into the second half, things where looking good for Ballygarvan. Muintir Bhaire kept the lead down to the 3 points, and with a late goal by their substitute, it looked like a draw was on the cards. Gary White, last point however, gave Bally the win, and perhaps in was a fair reflection on the game.
