THE PITCH
THE PITCH
Kingscourt Stars GAA was proud to host the final leg of the nationwide tour of Shane Connaughton’s acclaimed play “The Pitch” last Friday evening. In a packed Matt Talbot Hall the crowd were captivated by a fantastic performance by all the actors. We would like to thank everyone in the club who helped organise the event and gave a hand out on the night. We  would also thank everyone who attended the event making it such a success and finally to Will and Shane for bringing the play to the town.

CLUB NEWSLETTER

The First Club Newsletter (in a long time anyway) issued earlier this month. It features updates on every club team along with pen pics on two players, a look back to 1981 and some quiz questions.  The newsletter is available from each team management as well as a number of shops around the town. To those of you who don’t get a hold of it, you can look at the online version on the club website.

LOTTO
The winning numbers in last week’s lotto were 12, 17, 21 & 28 (Bonus 14). No Jackpot winner but the there was three Match 3’s, and after the previous four week blank, that meant that Patsy McEntee, Geraldine Martin & David O’Connell each won €335.

Next week’s jackpot will now be €6,400 and the draw will take place on Sunday 3rd  July in Murtaghs.

GOOD LUCK

Best of Luck to Joe, James, Padraig and all involved with the Cavan Minors in their Ulster Championship Semi Final v Tyrone in Enniskillen on Sunday @ 7pm.
