This weekend sees a huge local derby against Shercock.  With both sides having a poor campaign this has turned into a must win game.  A defeat here would really see Kingscourt in trouble and we have to hope that players and supporters alike can give their all to secure the valuable points
Tonight saw the Juniors face a trip to Cuchullains for their re-arranged Div 4 match. On a miserable ,wet evening, they earned a hard-fought 1-12 to 1-8 victory.
Congrats to Colm Smith and Barry Reilly for the performances in Cavan Minor’s victory over Armagh last weekend.  With Thomas Rogers shortly due back from injury, hopefully there will be another Star in contention for a place in the Ulster Semi-Final against Tyrone on the 30th.
Kingscourt play host to Salthill Knocknacarra in the upcoming Feile weekend on July 4th-5th.  This will involve the Galway champions arriving on Friday afternoon and playing Kingscourt at 3pm.  Then on Saturday, Shercock and Kerry champions, Tralee will enter the fray and then in the afternoon the Division 1 Semi Finals will be on along with the Skills competions.  A feast of football will be on display and it will be well worth taking in if you can.
