SENIORS

The Seniors weren’t in action over the weekend.  Their next scheduled game is will be a crucial derby away to Shercock which should be scheduled towards the end of the month.

JUNIORS

The Juniors visited Castlerahan last Saturday evening for a Division 4 match.  In a phenomenal performance they chalked up a 0-19 to 0-3 victory.  After a lean period, that was just the performance required and they will hope to continue this form this weekend when they host Drumlane on Friday evening at 8pm.

U-12’s

After a thrilling victory over Laragh Utd in the quarter-final, the U-12’s were out just a few days later when they faced Crosserlough inthge league semi-final.  Having suffered a heavy defeat to the same opposition they were also going to be under pressure.  However, credit to the lads they fought the whole way and at the final whistle they had a narrow 0-14 to 2-4 defeat.

U-10’s

The U-10’s made there way to Co. Down at the weekend for the annual Newry blitz.  Close on 40 teams were in action and the young Stars put in some fantastic performances defeating teams from all over the province.  They made it the whole way to the Division 1 semi final where they were eventually defeated.  However well done to players and management alike on a tremendous achievement and a great day was had by all.
