On December 26th, St.Stephen’s Day a Charity Fundraiser will be held in the pitch. Hurling, football and other non-competitive athletic pursuits will be on the menu for the afternoon. Admission is just €5 at the gate with participants €10. The beneficiaries this year are the Stuart Mangan Fund, the Niall Mellon Foundation and the Hope Foundation. There will be a raffle on the admission tickets. Later on that night a Fancy Dress will be held at O Coileáins Bar with a further fundraising draw.
