U18 boys lost their unbeaten run when they exited the Quigley cup at the quarter final stage at Asahi Park this morning. Short a number of regulars they found the going tough against a more physical and sharper Iorras Aontaithe
Despite this though they were well in it with the score at 2-1 with 15 mins to go but a number of Iorras changes freshened them up and they ran out 4-1 winners . Nathan Browne bagged the home side goal.
The u16 boys had an easy 5-2 win over Cornboy Utd at Asahi Park today. The visitors needing the 3 points to tie up the league title never looked like beating the determined home side who had Aaron OBoyle in flying form with 4 goals ( how many has he now , that must be at least 10 hat ricks this season) and Fin Lacey with one . Congrats to Snugboro Utd who won the division.
