SENIORS

The Seniors continued the preparation for the champion quarter-final last weekend.  They travelled to Carnaross to play the home side in a competitive encounter ahead of both sides upcoming championship ties.  Some impressive scoring early on saw Kingscourt gain a decisive lead and despite the concession of some late goals, they held out for a four point victory.

This coming weekend they continue their tour of Meath when they face neighbours Kilmainhamwood in their final challenge match ahead of the championship. They will face the winners of Ramor Utd and Castlerahan in the championship quarter-final on Saturday 6th Sept at 6.30pm in Kingspan Breffni Park.

JUNIORS

The Juniors final league match v Lacken was postponed at the weekend and as of yet has not been re-scheduled.  The Juniors will commence their championship when they host Gowna on Saturday 13th September.

MINORS

The Minors final league match (in what surely be the longest league campaign ever – 1st match back in mid February!) at home to Killan Gaels was postponed last Friday and is due to be played this Thursday at 7pm

U-16’s

The U-16’s are still awaiting the commencement of their championship.  They will face the winners of the delayed tie between Redbridge and Killinkere.  Should they win that they would face Shercock in the semi-finals.

U-14’s

The U-14’s will open their championship next week when they host Ramor Utd at 7pm on Tuesday 2nd September
