Club Notes

November 8, 2018

The Senior sides championship run came to an end last Saturday evening in Breffni Park, with Mullahoran defeated them by 1-12 to 0-11.  An early goal always left us chasing the game, but our lads never gave up and only some top class saves from Mullahoran keeper, Eamon Brady, kept them ahead.  While their was disappointment after the game, there is plenty of positives from the campaign, and confidence remains high.  The squad remain dedicated for the remaining three league matches, which rank as important as the championship, as we seek to remain in Division 1 for 2008. For a full report on this match,

Last Saturday morning in Breffni Park, our U-14 hurlers just lost out to Cootehill in the Division 3 Shield final.  A gallant comeback just failed as to lost out by a goal.  A great team performance though capped of a wonderful year for the side.  Indoor hurling will start later in the year.
