G4G – Gaeil Colmcille "THANK YOU!"
We finished off our G4G's programme last Monday in Croke Park, taking a team of 20 girls family and supporters by Tully's Coach to play in a National blitz. The girls had a fantastic afternoon and each of them were an absolute credit to their parents and the club. Sincere thanks to the LGFA, and all of the organisers behind the G4G's scenes, to our own Coachs U8- Martin McGlue, U10- Brian Clarke, U11- Roy Mitchell & U12 Ursula Whyatt for their commitment over the last 16 weeks.. which consisted of 8 weeks of training leading to our home blitz in Grangegodden, on to our away blitz in Kildare, where we brought 2 teams of 40 girls, and then to have an amazing finale at Croke Park…
The programme has being a great success with a large number of girls joining the club and more due to sign up.. See pictures on club Facebook, Twitter etc..

LGFA Meath Fixtures: Deirdre Mitchell has taken the role as the Meath Minor Fixtures Co-Ordinator for the Autumn Season.
U14 Girls Shield Final Replay: to take place on Saturday 20th of August time and location TBC.
The week ahead:
U10/U11/U12 girls are taking a break for the next couple of weeks.
TUE 2nd – U14 Girls AWAY to Walterstown for a challenge game meet @ swimming pool 5:45pm, Throw in 7pm
WED 3rd – U13/U14 Girls HOME, bottom pitch, Grangegodden v's Mullagh, meet 6pm throw in 7pm
Sun 7th – U14 Girls HOME, bottom pitch Grangegodden v's Rathkenny meet 10am, Throw in 11am.
U13, U15 & Minor Girls Training every Wed, 6:30-7:45om in Grangegodden.
