Kickham GAA Club Notes. West Senior Hurling. Our senior hurlers played Eire og Annacarty in Cappawhite on Sunday last. We were beaten on the night. We are still in the semifinals which we should be playing in mid July. West Junior (B) Hurling. Our game against Rockwell was not played as Rockwell gave a walkover. Tell family & friends that may be away and would like to keep up to date with club happenings. 75th Anniversary This year the club celebrates its 75th anniversary and a 75 kilometre cycle has been organised for 25th September – anybody interested in participating or sponsoring a cyclist please contact Paddy Fitzgerald (087 9370958). Its common knowledge that the club that works together wins together and Vodafone have come on board to support GAA clubs with this novel programme. It’s the easiest way for you to support your club at absolutely no extra cost to you. Clothing collection. Kickhams Camogie club in conjunction with a recognised charity will hold a clothing recycling drive on Saturday the 3rd of July . Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes, bedlinen, duvets, pillows, towels & textiles including shoes, bags & belts. Take note that no household bric a brac, toys, or mobile phones will be accepted. We will get a commission for each bag received. Please drop off to the club rooms between 10.00am and 12pm on Saturday the 3rd of July. Thank you for your support. There will be a Churchgate collection in aid of Our lady’s Hospital Crumlin held at all masses in Knockavilla on the weekend of the 3rd & 4th july.Your generous support would be greatly appreciated.
