MEMBERSHIP
Membership 2010 is now due for renewal players €50 family €40 non
players €30 retired people and students €20 under 16s €10 the club has
set a deadline of Friday march 19th to join. SUPPORT THE GREEN AND

GYM
Gym open hours 2010 are Monday to Friday 6pm to 10pm Saturday 2pm to
5pm Sunday morning 11am to 1pm

U14 & U13 TRAINING
Training for u14 & u13 football will be on Tuesday & Friday nights at 7 o clock.

UNDERAGE TRAINING
Juvenile Training for U8’s and U10’s this Friday the 12th is
Football,training begins at 7pm. Once again a reminder for all players
that membership must be paid by March 19th. Please contact any of the
club officials or coaches. Last Friday night 5th March David Robinson
Mid County Coach attended our hurling training session for the U8’sand
U10’s. It was a most enjoyable night and our coach’s picked up some
very useful hints and tips to make our training sessions more
enjoyable for all involved.If any parent or guardian is interested in
giving a helping hand please come along and let us know at the
training sessions.

U21 A WESTERN FINAL
The western final is refixed for Tuesday night  the 16th at 8 o clock
in Stradbally.

U21 FOOTBALL RESULT
Kilrossanty played Ballinacourty last friday night in what proved to
be a huge test for our u21s. Ballinacourty opened the scoring with a
point after 9 minutes N Walsh equalized 3 minutes later and P Whyte
added 2 more points on 17 and 21 minutes to give us a two point
lead.Ballinacourty got a goal a minute later to leave the half time
score Kilrossanty 3pts Ballinacourty 1.1.The second half started the
same as the first with Ballinacourty getting a point after 2 minutes
and N Walsh replying a minute later. We then were hit by another
Ballinacourty goal this left us trailing by 4 points however
Kilrossanty kept working hard and reduced that lead with 2 points from
P Whyte.It was Ballinacourtys turn to put pressure on and they scored
3 more points to give themselves a 5 point lead with 16 minutes left
on the clock.Kilrossanty never gave up and dominated the last quarter
scoring 6 points without reply P Keating15 N Walsh17 O Houlihan19 & 21
P Whyte26 and P Keating got what proved to be the winner on 28 minutes
.The teams belief and never say die approach was great to see and some
good switches by the selectors made all the difference.The team played
with pride in there jerseys and got great support and encouragement
from the Kilrossanty supporters on the night. Team : J Fraher,K

MINOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP RESULT
We got a walk over from erins own last Sunday morning.We have one game
left in the league section of the championship this is away to affane
on Sunday morning at 11.30 but if the under 21 goes ahead on Monday
night this game will be off.Players will be told of any fixture
changes at training

QUIZ NIGHT
We will be having a quiz night in Crottys Inn on Friday the 26th of
March to raise funds for the day to day running of the club please
come along and show your support for the club.

COMMITTEE MEETING
All committee members please take note that we have a meeting on
Wednesday the 24th of march at 8 o clock.

CLOTTO
Clotto 7th March numbers drawn 13-17-20-27 No winner in the weekly
clotto held in Micilins bar.
