On Sunday morning last, we hosted the under 12’s from Westport GAA Club and played 2 very entertaining games in a constant drizzle. The Mayo club stopped off on their way to Croke Park for the All-Ireland quarter finals. We extend our appreciation to all our players and parents who turned up in the middle of a bank holiday weekend. Thanks to Catriona and colleagues for serving refreshments afterwards and a big thank you to all who provided sandwiches etc. Finally well done to Paddy and Kevin for displaying their usual competency with the whistle.
