The under 12 panel travelled to the fine facilities of Kilcock GAA Club on Saturday last to play the home side in a double challenge. 2 x 11 a side games were played with the under 12’s recording a good victory and the under 11’s losing out narrowly. Despite missing a few regulars, these were great performances played in very warm weather conditions. Panel: Jack Carroll, Keith Carroll, Donal Coughlan, Matthew Cunningham, Taylor Daly, Cathal Faulkner, Liam Faulkner, David Keenaghan, Ryan Mannering, Trevor Martin, Luke Maguire, Joseph Moran, Oisín Murphy, Mark McCann, Michael McNamee, Ciaran Nolan, Jordan Raleigh Doyle, Joseph Robson, Max Rowan, Jordan Smyth. Thanks as always to the parents who provided transport and a word of appreciation to Michael Stokes and all at Kilcock for the refreshments afterwards. We hope to return the favour later in the season.
Phase 2 of the under 12 league commenced earlier this week and will continue every second Wednesday throughout the summer as follows: home to Athlone on July 13th, home to St. Loman’s on July 27th, away to St. Malachy’s / Ballinagore on 10th August and home to Tubberclair on August 24th.
