Club Shop
By public demand, our merchandise shop will continue to open on Fridays for one hour before bingo 730pm – 830pm until further notice. Items are available in all sizes and can be ordered if not in stock. The range of gear can be viewed online at our own website or our local lotto website. Items available include polo shirts, windcheaters, tee shirts, gloves with club crest, togs, socks, jerseys, hoodies  and baseball caps. The shop is located upstairs in the clubhouse. Solve the problem of Birthday/Christmas presents by buying club gear. New delivery of club gloves and Azzurri windcheaters have arrived this week. Final orders for Christmas 15th November.
Fitness Training
The Mens fitness training which ran for eight weeks has come to an end, it proved so successful  it is continuing for a further eight weeks on Tuesday and Thursdays. If you want to get fitter, lose weight and have a bit of fun contact Tommy Kelly 0872949714. If any ladies would like to participate in a fitness training course for women on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7 o’clock contact Tommy Kelly.
Club AGM
The club agm is on Saturday November 27th at 7.30 . Nominations and motions should be with secretary Aiden McGuire by 18th November .
Bingo  continues every Friday at 8.30, come along and bring a friend for an enjoyable nights entertainment.

The Downs Ladies club were competing in Coole on Saturday last well done to all our competitors in Figure Dance – Niamh Rowan, Caoimhe Colgan, Ann Fallon, Emer Tone, Orla Murray, Niamh Lennon, Singing – Fiona Lennon, Ballad Group – Orla Murray, Rosin Murray, Lucy Power, Sean Power, Abigail Scott, Tom Tuite, Instrumental Music – Abigail Scott, Rosin Murray, Shauna Connelly, Lucy Power, recitation – Shane Dalton,  and Set Dance – Niamh Rowan, Shauna McNicholes, Aoife Carley, Ursula Carley, Conor Murray, Dillon Carroll, Stephen Colgan and Conor Coughlan,  our recitation and set dance were successful and qualified for the  semi final. On Saturday at 7.30 we are hosting a first round in the clubhouse, we wish all our competitors the best of luck. All help on the night is welcome.
