U16 boys had their last outing as juveniles on Saturday and the awards for the year were announced.
The Managers Award went to Aaron Grehan. Player of the Year award was decided by the players and was shared by Cillian Power & Oisín Lynch. The outgoing management team of Packie, Noel, Eugene & Declan wish to thank the players & their parents for all the support and wish them well at Minor next year.
The annual Christmas night for Parents & Mentors will take place on Sat 22nd Dec from 8.30pm. There will be Music & Finger Food and a special drinks promotion as a thank you for all the hard work in 2012.
The successful White Collar Boxing night in Wrights can now be revisited with the showing of all the fights on the 23rd Dec in the club. Further detail on times etc to follow. Copies of the DVD can also be ordered on the night.
Preseason training will start on Monday 10th Dec from the adult hurling squads. New members are most welcome to attend Donabate beach at 7pm.
Please note that Fingal County Council’s playing pitches will be closed for the Christmas Season from 13th December. The first games premitted will be played on the weekend of 12th & 13th Jan 2013. There should be no usage during the Christmas closedown period.
