Coaching meeting for all adult players

November 8, 2018

As the current season is coming to an end our attention focuses to our requirements for the year ahead.

Top of the list is the need for additional club coaches as we have been struggling this last number of years with less that half the number of coaches necessary to coach and field all our teams in football hurling and camogie.

Help is urgently required if we are to face the challenges of the future and compete competently at all levels.

The first of a series of meetings has been arranged by the Club Executive to target our membership on their commitment to the future of Gaelic games in St Malachy’s GAC.

The 1st of these meetings has been arranged for all current adult players next Thursday 22nd October at 9.00pm

I urge you to give serious consideration to helping give something back to your club and to the next generation of club players as other former players and coaches done in passing their skills and knowledge on to you.

Please come along on Thursday 22nd listen to what we have to say about the future direction of the club and how you can play your part.

If you are unable to make the meeting please email me
and let the committee know what you are prepared to do for coaching teams next year
