As part of Colmcille’s Operation Transformation a walk will take place every Sunday morning from around 8.30 starting at the community centre. This is a great chance to get involved in the fitness drive while having some craic with the group. The park will also be open to all on Tuesday nights from 7.45 to 9.30. This is also a great opportunity to make use of the excellent facilities available at the park while also being able to exercise in safety. There will be a charge of €2 which will go towards the cost of lighting the pitch area. All are welcome to attend both the walk and the open time at the park.
Starting on Thursday night 17th Feb, a step aerobics class will take place in the community centre. The class will run for six weeks at a cost of €40. This is an excellent rate and a fantastic way to help shed the pounds.
