The U21 amalgamation team have reached the semi final stage of the B championship with a superb victory over Southern Gaels (3-17 to 2-07). The lads will take on St. Columbas in the semi final next Sunday 27th Nov. At 2pm in Devine Park.
The club AGM takes place on Sunday 4th December. Nomination forms are available by contacting John Reilly on 085 7322857 or e-mailing secretary@colmcille.longford.gaa.ie. Completed forms should be returned as soon as possible.
The club dinner dance will take place in conjunction with the ladies club on Saturday 10th Dec in the Breffni Arms Hotel, Arva. The senior club will honour the 1986 intermediate champions while the ladies club will honour last year’s junior and Leinster league champions and this year’s intermediate champions. This promises to be a great night with music by the Dance On band. Tickets are available from John Reilly, Marie O’Reilly Keenan, Myles Reilly, Caroline Doyle, Aine Brady and Ali McKeon.
