Our Junior B Team suffered defeat to Clonguish in the first round of the Championship last Wednesday. They lost by 2 points, going down on a score line of 0-9 to 1-8.
Our Junior A team take on St. Brigid’s at 8pm in Killashee on Wednesday 28th while the Junior B team play Rathcline on Thursday 29th in Clonbonny , also at 8pm. Our senior will be in action in Round 2 of the Championship against Sean Connolly’s in Páirc na nGael on Sunday 1st August at 6.15.
We wish all or teams the best of luck for the upcoming fixtures. We would also like to wish Barry Mc Keon and the Longford Minor team the very best of luck in the All Ireland Minor Championship Quarter Final.
