Intermediate:
Our
Intermediate side etched out a deserved draw against Drumcliffe in round four
of the league last Sunday afternoon at Oxfield. Level at five points apiece at
the interval, this entertaining game ebbed in favour of the home side in the
second period as they raced four ahead. However C/M had other ideas and through
admirable resolve and spirit from the whole team, managed to level matters near
the end with a fine effort from play from Padraig McHugh. The score finished at
nine points each.
