The club wishes to express gratitudeto all who contributed to Club Hero events over the past weekend. A verysuccessful 25 card drive was held on Friday night for John Brennan. CarolineColeman held a very tasteful and well attended Easter cake sale on Sunday andon Sunday night John Brennan co-hosted the Phoenix players showing of ‘The cripple ofInnishmean’. Many thanks again to all who assisted with or supported theseevents.

 

Club Hero Fashion Show:

 

Everyone is welcome to come along onFriday 20th of April to the Sligo Park Hotel at 8.30pm for a Fashion Show whichpromises to be a great night’s entertainment!! The Show will showcase everyday,party, sports, debs and occasional wear for men and women, young and… not soyoung!! Clothing from EJ’s Menswear, Joe McCann’s, Pamela Scott, All Sports,BonGo and many more will be displayed on the runway. Among the models therewill be some special guests on the night 🙂 Tickets: €10. The event is part ofJanette Marren’s Club Hero campaign. Your support is appreciated.


Club Hero Honda 50 Prize Draw:

Club Hero Cycle:


The club hero cycle event is part of Padraig McHugh’s Coolaney/MullinabreenaGAA ‘Club Hero’ campaign. It will be the ideal warm up to the Sligo An PostCycle starting and finishing in Lavagh village on Saturday April 28th.The full route will be 80km. Registration on the day is from 9.15am with entry€20. The Cycle can also be joined in Coolaney, Cloonacool and Curry €10. Itwill depart at 11am Sharp! Senior Team:

 

Our senior side take on Curry inround four of league division 2 next Sunday April 15th in Curry at2.30pm.

 

Minor:

 

Our minor team had a good win overCoolera last week. Final score was 5.10 to 1.10. They play at home toTourlestrane on Tues April 10th at 7pm.

 

 

U-16:

 

Our U-16 side played two games lastweek. They defeated Castleconnor and lost out to Curry. They play to St. Farnanson Friday April 13th at 7pm.

 

U-12:

 

Trainingfor the U-12 boys continues every Friday at Nace O’Dowd Park from 6.45 to7.45pm. All newcomers are welcome. Contact Micheal Gorman on 087 6312980.

 

 

U-8/U-10:

 

The verypopular Saturday morning underage Gaelic coaching sessions for the U-8 and U-10age groups resumed last Saturday. It continues every Saturday at Nace O’DowdPark from 10am to 11am. All newcomers welcome. Contact Trish Gorman 087 6640846or John Marren 087 6777226.
