CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS

The quest still continues for  a winner of the big Crotta Hurling Club Lotto Jackpot. The four numbers picked out of the drum by Independent Observer, Betty Falvey, Garrynagore,  Lixnaw, for this week’s Lotto Jackpot of €13,500, on Monday night, 8th  November in Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn were: 2,21, 23 and 28. However no one came up with the correct combination of numbers and the Jackpot survived for another week. The Lucky dip prizes winner each receives €35:Glenn Hussey, Spa Road, Tralee, St. Senans GAA Club and Paudie Griffin, Leith East, Tralee. The next draw will take place in Parker‘s Pub, Kilflynn on Monday 15th  November, with a Jackpot of 13,600.

Christmas Draw: One ticket will be drawn on Monday night 15th, 22nd and 29th November and 6th December at the lotto draw , For the Christmas draw in Herbert’s bar on Monday 13th December. First Prize €500, Second €300,Third Prize €200 and Fourth Prize €100.

You can now directly support Crotta Hurling club by playing our weekly Fundraising Lotto Online. Enter your lines of numbers for up to a year in one go, you need never miss a draw again! When playing online you will receive the Lotto results and club news updates by email after each draw has taken place

To play the Crotta GAA Lotto, four numbers are selected from 1 to 28. If anybody matches the four numbers selected on the night he or she wins/shares the Jackpot. NORTH KERRY HURLING SCOR
The North Kerry Hurling Board Scor na nÓg competitions will be held on Wednesday next, 10th November at An Ceolann, Lixnaw. Starting time is 7.30p.m. Scór na nÓg is open to competitors under 17 years on the 1st January 2011. Competitions include figure dancing, instrumental music, quiz, recitation, novelty act, set dancing, solo singing and ballad group. Best wishes to the Crotta hurling club members who are participating  in  the instrumental music and quiz competitions.  
KILFLYNN CHRONICLE
Any person interested in submitting Stories, Pictures old and new, Songs, Poems, or anything of local interest for This years Kilflynn Chronicle magazine should contact the production team of Eileen Rohan, Margaret Savage, John O’Flaherty, or Mike Parker on 087 9794541 or email mikeparker@eircom.net. As Monday 15th November is the final date for submitting articles and photos for this years chronicle. This 12th edition of the  Chronicle will be only as good as the material as we receive. Any business person who wants to place an advert in the Business Directory section of this years Chronicle should contact Margaret and Eileen now with only 20 euro. Proceeds of this years Chronicle will go to The Kilflynn Cancer Support Group.
BALLYHEIGUE G.A.A
Jon Kenny, The Screaming Celts and DJ Ray; a fundraiser for Ballyheigue GAA will be held in the Community Centre, Ballyheigue on 4th December at 8.30 featuring Jon Kenny, The Screaming Celts and DJ Ray with bar exemption till 2 am. Tickets are now available from Kirbys Lounge or from members of the committee.
NORTH KERRY AWARDS:
The North Kerry Hurling Board Annual Awards night will take place at Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Friday, 19th November at 8.00p.m. Player of Match Awards for all Juvenile Finals will be presented. All players involved will be contacted in due course
CROTTA SENIOR HURLERS:
Crotta Senior hurlers qualified for the County Hurling League Div 1 Final with  a 0-10 to 1-06 victory  a gallant Kilmoyley side in the County League Semi Final at a windswept Ballyheigue on Sunday 7th November, Crotta led by  0-09 to  0-02 at Half Time, but only managed  one point by Andrew Keane in the second half playing against a strong gale. Crotta will now play Ballyduff or Lixnaw in the final.
