Reminder that Dave Mannix (DCU) is coming back to host a coach-the-coaches workshop over 2 Monday sessions -the next one is Monday the 20th Nov from 8-9.30pm.
The intention of the programme is to upskill coaches on best practice of Functional Movement with our players. These sessions are open to all mentors of boys and girls, in both hurling/camogie and football.
