Moylagh once again lost out in the last few minutes in this A league game in Kilmanhamwood on Sunday morning. Playing with wind assistance in the first half Moylagh despite lots of possession could only manage three points, one from Raymond Kenny and two Mick Corrigan frees. The teams went in all square at half time.
Moylagh improved after the restart and fine points from Joe Melia, Tommy o Reilly and Shane Brody looked to have put Moylagh in a winning position especially with the full back line of Aaron hand, Brian Geraghty and Peter Fox snuffing out any ‘wood attacks. Unfortunately our old failings came back to haunt us and a late goal and two points from the ‘wood condemned Moylagh to another cruel defeat.
