Report :
A disappointing loss for the team but they can have no complaints. While Ballivor initially led 3 points to 1, soon Dunderry had pegged that back and led at half time by a goal. In the second half, Dunderry emerged much the stronger and built a substantial lead of 10 points at one stage. As the half progressed, Ballivor began to get stronger and put Dunderry under a lot of pressure resulting in a coiuple of goals. Indeed there were a couple of other chances that didn’t quite make it that may have put a different look on the score but that would not have been a fair reflection on the game. Dunderry were the better side on the day and deserved their victory. I hope that the Ballivor team will be able to pick themselves up for the next game and i know that the mentors have identified some areas to focus on in training for the next week.
