Drogheda United has announced two new schemes that will make it easier for supporters to become members and therefore part-owners of the club.
We recognise that in these tough times not everyone can afford the €1,000 to buy club membership. The first thing we have done is to offer the ability to pay the membership fee in monthly instalments, for more detail see www.droghedaunited.ie/membership
Next, an exciting new initiative that will put club membership within reach of every supporter has been launched. We are calling it ‘Lotto for Membership’. This scheme uses the clubs online lotto system. A supporter wishing to take part in the scheme simply has to sell 10 lotto entries per week, for a year. The €1,000 raised by the supporter will be taken as payment for membership. It really couldn’t be easier! It’s as close to being hassle free as we can possibly make it.
